About me

I’m a Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Health Coach, and CBT Practitioner, and the founder of Align Holistic Nutrition, where I support women in restoring their energy, improving their relationship with food, and building sustainable wellbeing.

My professional training includes a Diploma in Holistic Wellness Coaching from Nature Care College in Australia, where I studied nutrition science, behaviour change, psychoneuroimmunology, and holistic health approaches that support long-term wellbeing.

I also hold a Nutrition Certification from the Food Matters Institute, focusing on whole-food nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and practical strategies that help clients rebuild energy and support their bodies naturally.

In addition, I am a Certified CBT Practitioner through the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, which informs my work supporting clients with emotional eating, stress-related habits, and mindset patterns around food and health.

I am an Executive Member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT), a professional body supporting complementary health practitioners in Ireland and internationally, that requires verified training and ethical practice standards.

Before entering the wellness field, I completed an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance and worked in the corporate sector, where I experienced burnout firsthand. That experience deeply shaped my approach to health, helping women move away from rigid diet culture and instead build sustainable habits that support real life.

I didn’t come to this work from a place of perfect health.

For years I struggled with stress-driven eating, late-night binges, energy crashes, constant illness and the overwhelm of balancing work, life, and expectations. While working in the corporate world, burnout slowly became my normal.

Through studying nutrition, behaviour change, and holistic health practices, I began rebuilding my energy, healing my gut, and restoring my relationship with food, even after thyroid surgery.

Motherhood and entrepreneurship deepened my understanding of how complex real life can be. That’s why the work I do today focuses on simple, practical strategies that actually fit busy women’s lives.

Today, I combine nutrition, behavioural psychology, and holistic wellness practices to help women restore energy, stabilise mood, and develop a calm, sustainable relationship with food.
