I'm Gillian Scerri. I help people reclaim their energy, break free from emotional eating, and build a healthier, happier relationship with food. No dieting, no guilt, just lasting change.
I’m a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Holistic Wellness Coach, and CBT Practitioner. For years, I turned to food to cope with stress, late-night binges, exhaustion, and frustration. I discovered that lasting change comes from nourishing your body, supporting your mind, and creating habits that stick.

Through targeted nutrition, stress management, and self-care, I healed my gut, reclaimed my energy, and restored my health, even after thyroid surgery. Then motherhood arrived, inspiring me to design practical, flexible programmes that work for real life.
