Bone broth has been around for generations, but it’s often overlooked in modern diets.

Carcass: €2.50
Feet/necks: €2.95
👉 Total: ~€5.45 for a full pot
Method:
Add everything to a large pot or slow cooker
Fill with water
Add a splash of apple cider vinegar (helps extract minerals)
Cooking options:
Slow cooker: 12–24 hours (set and forget)
Hob: Bring to boil, then simmer 8–12 hours
Pressure cooker: 2–4 hours
👉 The longer it cooks, the more collagen you extract.
Storage Tips
Store in the fridge for 4–5 days
