Method:

  • Add everything to a large pot or slow cooker

  • Fill with water

  • Add a splash of apple cider vinegar (helps extract minerals)


Cooking options:

  • Slow cooker: 12–24 hours (set and forget)

  • Hob: Bring to boil, then simmer 8–12 hours

  • Pressure cooker: 2–4 hours


👉 The longer it cooks, the more collagen you extract.

Storage Tips

  • Store in the fridge for 4–5 days

  • Always let it cool before refrigerating

  • Store in glass containers if possible
