Cashews and cashew milk

Homemade cashew milk offers a nutrient-packed dairy alternative, rich in vitamins E, K, and B6, along with vital minerals like copper and magnesium.


Its tryptophan content boosts serotonin, helping with mood regulation and relaxation. Cashews are a natural anti-depressant so aim to include them in your diet daily!



Free from additives, this creamy, nutty milk supports bone health, digestion & immunity.


There’s no need to pay a premium and buy it at the store. Here’s how you make this beautiful homemade cashew milk!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cashews

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 4 cups filtered water

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Method:

  • Soak cashews overnight. Drain and rinse the next day.

  • Add the cashews, honey, cinnamon and 4 cups of water to a high-powered blender.

  • Blend on high for a minute.

  • Pour into a storage container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
